Presenting a range of knitted, woven, printed, felted and stitched textiles for you and your home, this exhibition showcases the variety of techniques within the field of textiles. The makers chosen for this exhibition are concerned primarily with process, blending a combination of traditional techniques and contemporary design.
Highlights include Bridget Bailey's 3D entomological sculptures inspired by her millinery background and luxury silk scarves by Cornish based designer Claire Armitage. Also featuring work by Emma Calvert, Majeda Clarke, Liz Clay, Michele Daykin, Megan Alice England, Helen Harrison, Syrah Jay, Helyne Jennings, Gail Kelly and Miss Knit Nat.

From textile taxidermy, to entomological millinery, Bridget Bailey's artworks explore the natural world, combining intriguing ideas and observations with her very particular making skills.
Trained in textiles at Farnham, and with a background in millinery, Bridget now works as an artist, making one-off pieces for exhibitions and as commissions.
Recent exhibitions include both Mad for Tea and London Craft Week at Fortnum and Mason, Crafted, Makers of the Exceptional at the Royal Academy, and at Art in Action, as a demonstrator.
