Gallery selection procedure

Thank you for your interest in the New Ashgate Gallery. We are happy to look at your work. Please keep in mind we are a contemporary art gallery focusing on professional, high quality art and we ask you to follow our selection procedure below, to be considered for an exhibition:

• Please consider our mission to understand our objectives for exhibitions
• If you work is suitable, please email 3-5 digital images of the work (jpegs) and your CV, price list and statement. Also, include a link to your website, although this is not a substitute for images. Please do not post material or send samples of your work
• We programme most exhibitions one year in advance. The Contemporary Craft Collection is programmed six months in advance.

Please address correspondence to Alison Woodley (gallery@newashgate.org.uk), stating 'Exhibition Proposal - New Ashgate Gallery' in your subject field. We receive a high number of proposals and while we consider all proposals, we only reply to artists whose work will be able to exhibit. Please allow us four weeks to return to your email. If we wish to view your work after seeing the images, we will contact you.

The Balcony Gallery is available for external hires and we welcome contacts from both professional and new artists. See our information and leaflet or contact us for a quote.
