David Ralph Simpson works mostly in oils and is inspired by the landscape of his travels; whether it be in France, Spain or his native Devon. His observations of the countyside and people he encounters are brought to life with extraordinary clarity of colour, form and technique and he brings his own unique vision to all his subject matter. David has had much success in his career, and had exhibited with many galleries internationally. His works can be found in collections throughout Europe and the United States.
